The Art of Life

The triplets were back and this time they brought their little sister!  When I first met them a year & a half ago they were so little, so busy and so curious…this year they have grown SO much…they were still curious and active (I hope they got the stains out their tan pants!) but they were much more interactive with me this time.  They are so cute & sweet and their little sister is such a doll!  I can’t image finding any two parents more patient…which is probably why God knew he could bless them with 4 kids under 3 years old! What an amazing family!

Favorite after my own 2 redheads, of course (might it be that I am a little partial to red hair?)  The little lady M returned to me for her 1 year pics.  You may remember her from her 6 month session.  She is still a peanut & still sooo cute!  She was a little busier trying to get away from me this time!  It was a wet rainy morning, but thankfully the weather held out long enough for us to finish our session.  I have so many favorites from this session, but I know Mom is going to be anxious to see them so I processed these right away for her

I did not anticipate it happening so early in the season, but my 2008 schedule is now completely booked!  Looks like my clients have gotten wise to how fast things book in the fall and got to me early this year!  I do have a small waiting list forming, just in case anything changes, however.  So, if you would like to be placed on the fall waiting list just let me know.  I am also starting another waiting list for late winter & spring, and you will be contacted after the 1st of the year to officially schedule.  I will be off during the months of Dec & Jan to catch up on administrative duties & spend the holidays with family.  I will however, be taking newborn sessions (indoors!) starting back up in January (they are the only ones who don’t yet know how miserable Wisconsin winters are LOL!).  If you would like to be either list just call or email!

As many of you know I work from home & we are a homeschooling family, so my business has to remain part time or else I lose my sanity!  So, I have implemented a new schedule, which I will hopefully have working on my site by the end of the week, and it will list which days I am “in the office” in a given week.  During those days I will be able to return calls & emails.  Any urgent needs will be responded to right away, but less urgent needs will wait until I am “in office”, which will likely be 3-4 days per week, but not necessarily the same days each week.    Work-at-home life is great and I love the flexibility it allows me as well as my clients, but it is also a life of continuous multitasking and busyness…throw in the homeschooling and, well…I’m sure you can imagine how crazy it can get around here.  This new schedule should give me more time to fully devote to my clients, as well as increasing my efficiency…making your experience with LifeArt Images just that much more fabulous!
